- Manage procurement, receiving, auditing, restocking, preparation, and aliquoting of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Maintain inventory levels for consumables, high-value assets, and safety supplies.
- Monitor and fulfill laboratory ticketing requests from research personnel.
- Receive, sort, break down, and transport packages, pallets, and shipments across buildings.
- Conduct laboratory safety walkthroughs and inspections for EHS and GLP compliance.
- Set up, monitor, and manage biohazardous and hazardous chemical waste streams.
- Collaborate with EHS, R&D, and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Organize and facilitate routine laboratory cleanup events.
- Perform additional operational tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with internal ticketing or inventory systems preferred.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and proactive planning skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-throughput environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, and move packages or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Remote USA pay range of $25–$33 per hour.
