We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist in Charge with bilingual proficiency in Spanish to join our dynamic healthcare team. • - Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• - Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• - Provide professional and courteous service, offering medication counseling and health advice to patients in both English and Spanish.
• - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care, therapeutic outcomes, and medication management.
• - Ensure accurate and efficient prescription filling processes, minimizing errors and maximizing patient safety.
• - Maintain records for controlled substances, inventory management, and billing processes.
• - Stay updated on new pharmaceutical developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy's competitive edge.
• - Develop and implement initiatives to improve pharmacy services and patient care experience.

• - Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• - Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
