Works under minimal supervision to assist in project development while exercising independent judgement and authority as required. Manage overall project and program development activities.

Develops, cultivates, and maintains a working relationship with internal departments, agencies and other organizations associated with and/or benefit ting from our program. Assists in establishing department goals, helps to direct programs and development processes to achieve the goals. Assists with departmental policies and procedures development and adherence. Plans and coordinates special event, participates in conferences and presents data and program information. Responsible for internal controls and effectiveness.

Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures for the department. Helps to establish ongoing training and development of staff as necessary. May provide supervision to staff members. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field
• Experience 5 years of experience in medical administration that includes people leadership and project management Education may be considered in lieu of experience
