The Hilton Anatole is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our talented team. This AAA 4-Diamond property spans 45 acres with 1,600+ rooms, 600,000 square feet of event space, and seven unique dining options.

We are seeking an energetic, career-driven individual who can assist in the execution of our restaurant outlets and help oversee a team of about 60+ associates.

What will I be doing?

• Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
• Plan and direct the administration and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs.
• Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
