At Hyatt Place Dallas‑North, our guests get to explore the many attractions, restaurants, and venues within a short distance from our hotel on Spring Valley Road. The Housekeeping Inspector plays a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Hyatt Place brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This position is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, supporting room attendants, and helping maintain a consistent, high‑quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
- Verify room readiness prior to release for guest arrival
- Identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs and report them promptly
- Provide coaching and feedback to Room Attendants to support quality and efficiency
- Assist with training new Housekeeping colleagues as needed
- Ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Support room attendants during high‑occupancy periods when needed
- Follow all Hyatt Place standards, safety procedures, and company policies

- Previous housekeeping experience required; hotel experience strongly preferred
- Prior inspection or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to moderate weight throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
