Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of the Dallas with 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space. The 18-story new-build hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.
This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least three years of previous line experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence.

Qualifications2 years of previous line experience required; previous experience working in garde manger, cold kitchen or pantry preferred
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
Requires moderate supervision and training.
