Bar Manager

Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally feel the same. A Bar Manager with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.

• Oversee daily bar operations, inventory, and service standards.
• Train and mentor bartenders to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Design and update cocktail menus, ensuring seasonal relevance and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and control beverage costs.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health codes, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote specials and drive traffic.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost revenue and reduce waste.

• 3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience (sports bar and casual dining preferred).
• TABC certification required.
• Any relevant F&B or Mixology certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software.
