As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exemplary service to our guests in meeting spaces and ballrooms. You will set‑up breakfast, breaks, dinners and other banquet services, while delivering five‑star service and anticipating guests’ needs. In this role you may also be required to help with banquet set‑up and demonstrate understanding of Banquet Event Orders floor plans. The pre‑function prep work will include, but not be limited to, silverware polishing, glassware cleaning and linen folding.

You must be able to work individually and in a team environment.

• Previous experience working as a Banquet Server in an upscale, luxury and/or boutique hotel is highly preferred.
• TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push and pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have schedule flexibility to work days, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
