Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards;
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day;
Set up rooms and function areas with designated tables, chairs, staging, dance floor, easels, etc. as specified by group requirements;
Inspect cleanliness and working condition of equipment and supplies; rectify deficiencies;
Transport to assigned function area and stock supply carts with designated materials and equipment
