The Public Area & Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the hotel's public spaces and pool areas. This role helps create a welcoming and memorable guest experience by ensuring all guest-facing areas are clean, organized, well-stocked, and reflective of Thompson's luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces, including the lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, and other guest-facing areas.

* Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, pool furniture, cabanas, and surrounding areas.

* Set up, arrange, clean, and organize pool furniture and guest amenities throughout the day.

* Remove trash, towels, glassware, and debris from public and pool areas.

* Restock supplies in public restrooms, pool areas, and housekeeping storage locations.

* Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the hotel.

* Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with guest needs in public areas.

* Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged furniture, or cleanliness issues to the appropriate departments.

* Assist with special projects, deep cleaning assignments, and event-related setup or breakdown as assigned.

* Support housekeeping operations as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

* Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.

* Perform other duties as assigned to support the operation and guest experience.
