Gallery Host

Summary

Provide a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience for guests at the Gallery. Serve as the primary point of contact for greeting, way finding, and check-in while maintaining the host station and supporting onsite events. Deliver attentive, discreet service that elevates the customer experience.

• Greet and engage clients as they enter the Gallery, offering directions and assistance.
• Manage check‑in for interior design appointments and restaurant waitlist, and handle coat and umbrella check and occasional concierge tasks.
• Perform valet validation and assist with setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station.
• Monitor public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and code compliance; assist with onsite and off‑site events as needed.
• Escalate guest feedback and concerns to leadership and provide clear reporting on guest interactions.

• 2+ years of related experience in guest services or hospitality.
• Energetic, accountable, team oriented, and willing to learn.
• Reliable with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods of time.
