Director of Food and Beverage

We're looking for a dynamic, mission-driven Director of Food & Beverage to shape the guest experience for one of Dallas’s most iconic cultural spaces.

If you’re a seasoned hospitality leader who thrives in multi-outlet environments, loves building teams, and knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences, this role is for you.

• Concessions & bars
• Retail offerings
• On-site Starbucks outlet
• A portfolio of external F&B vendors

This is a rare opportunity to build an entire F&B program from the ground up; menus, pricing, staffing, vendor partnerships, SOPs, and full pre-opening strategy.

• F&B strategy and guest experience
• P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
• Vendor management and contract negotiations
• Starbucks operations and brand compliance
• Hiring, training, and leading F&B teams
• Health, safety, and compliance standards

• 7+ years of senior F&B leadership (multi-outlet or large-scale hospitality)
• Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership
• Experience with branded concepts (Starbucks a plus)
• Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise
• A guest-first mindset and passion for community-centered work
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
