Food And Beverage Manager-Director
We are seeking a dynamic Food And Beverage Manager-Director to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations within our organization due to a promotion of the previous candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
This will generally be a Tuesday through Saturday role working evenings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize food and beverage revenue and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage food and beverage staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to design innovative menus that meet customer preferences and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in relevant software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
