Position: Residences Door / Bellperson

Job Description

The Residences Door / Bellperson is responsible for delivering a polished and welcoming arrival and departure experience for homeowners, guests, and vendors at The Knox Private Residences. This individual serves as the first point of contact at the residential entrance, supporting daily operations including curbside coordination, package handling, and vendor access while maintaining a secure, discreet, and service‑focused environment.

Serving as an ambassador of the residential experience, the Residences Door/Bellperson ensures all arrivals, departures, and deliveries are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide warm, professional greetings to homeowners, guests, and vendors
  • Assist with arrivals and departures, including doors, vehicles, and belongings
  • Transport luggage, groceries, and packages with care
  • Coordinate curbside activity with Valet to maintain safe traffic flow
  • Monitor entrance activity and report concerns to Security
  • Manage package intake, notifications, and secure storage
  • Support vendor access and delivery coordination, including oversized items
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional entrance and lobby presence
  • Partner with Concierge, Valet, Security, and Engineering teams to support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate logs related to deliveries and daily activity
  • Assist with move‑ins, move‑outs, and contractor coordination
  • Provide flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
Qualifications Who are you
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating strong first impressions
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or similar environments preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience handling luggage, deliveries, or logistics preferred
  • Professional, discreet, and service‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using radios, tablets, and communication tools
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
