About the Role
As a Shuttle Driver, you are not just transporting guests, you are creating a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience from the moment they step onto our shuttle.
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Naturally connects with people and enjoys providing service
* Takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and positive environment
* Understands that every interaction matters
Key Responsibilities
* Safely transport guests to and from DFW Airport terminals in a 16+ passenger shuttle
* Greet every guest with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
* Assist guests with luggage, boarding, and unloading with care and attentiveness
* Engage with guests by offering directions, local insights, and hotel information
* Maintain clear communication with hotel dispatch/communication base
* Ensure the shuttle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained at all times
* Follow all driving regulations and safety protocols
