Role Overview

Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and service standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a consistent guest experience in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

• Support daily housekeeping operations: room attendants, public area staff, and laundry team.
• Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members.
• Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning products.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance (OSHA, chemical handling).
• Support cleaning tasks during peak occupancy.
• Assist with onboarding and team development.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment.

• Housekeeping leadership experience (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards, inspection procedures, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
