Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft drinks, engage guests, and upsell beverage selections in a high-energy hotel bar. You will read the room, apply modern mixology techniques, and maintain a pristine bar setup to ensure an elevated guest experience.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer, and excellent communication. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
