Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards;
Operate dishwashing machine and wash wares as assigned;
Set up designated workstation with supplies and equipment; report shortages to supervisor;
Inspect and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all washed equipment and areas;
Assist in plating up Banquet meals and set up equipment on buffet tables as directed
