Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager Event Set Up to lead the Event Set‑Up team and ensure superb service for all meetings and events across our 160,000 sq ft of space. You will work closely with the Event Set‑Up Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless events.
