Oversee banquet operations, ensuring smooth execution of events and exceptional member and guest experience;
Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel according to club procedures;
Review banquet event orders (BEO’s) and daily logs to coordinate room setups with function sheets;
Oversee timely service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to Invited standards of service and quality;
Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure sanitary conditions as outlined in service standards
