Assistant Executive Housekeeper

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily housekeeping operations:
  Room attendants Public area staff Laundry team
• Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and quality standards
• Assist with:
  Scheduling Training Coaching team members
• Manage inventory:
  Linens Supplies Cleaning products
• Coordinate with:
  Front Desk Maintenance team
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance (OSHA, chemical handling)
• Support cleaning tasks during peak occupancy Assist with onboarding and team development
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Housekeeping leadership experience (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
  Cleaning standards Inspection procedures Safety protocols
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
