THE ROLE

We areseekingan experienced and service-driven

Lead Concierge to oversee daily Concierge and Front Desk operations in a luxury residential environment. This role plays a keypartin delivering an exceptional resident experience while leading a professional concierge team with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a hospitality mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for personalized service.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, schedule, and support the Concierge team to ensure seamless coverage and service
  • Set and uphold high standards for resident and guest experience
  • Serve as a primary point of escalation for resident concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and resident information using

    Building

    Linkor similar systems
  • Monitor building access, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and site leadership to support overall operations
  • Train and onboard new team members and lead by example on the floor
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel environments
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfort using email, phone systems, and resident management platforms (Building Linkpreferred)
  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and respond calmly in emergency situations
