Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a seamless, 5-star experience to residents and guests at every interaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing arrivals, departures, and daily requests
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, events, and personalized services with precision
• Monitor access control and maintain a secure, well-managed front desk presence
• Build strong relationships with residents, local businesses, and service providers
• Handle administrative duties, reports, and communications with accuracy and professionalism
