Recreation Expert

Join Marriott International, Inc as a Recreation Experience Expert in our Recreation Operations team within the Hospitality & Travel industry. You'll design and host engaging on property activities, guide guests through recreational experiences, and promote hotel amenities with warm, anticipatory service. Responsibilities include scheduling and leading programs (poolside, fitness, kids, cultural and local excursions), ensuring safety and compliance, managing equipment and setup, and responding to guest feedback.

You'll collaborate with front desk and operations teams to elevate the overall stay and reflect Marriott's people first, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead daily recreational activities and programs for guests of all ages
• Provide warm, proactive guest service and respond promptly to questions and feedback
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and recreational spaces and equipment are well maintained
• Promote on-site amenities, events, and local experiences to enhance guest stays
• Coordinate with front desk and operations teams to support seamless guest experiences
• Track participation, gather guest feedback, and suggest program improvements
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of events and activities
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment aligned with Marriott standards
