Elevator Attendant

Join Marriott as an Elevator Attendant supporting a welcoming, safe, and efficient guest experience. In this front-facing role, you'll operate elevators, greet and assist guests with directions and luggage, and help maintain clean, orderly elevator and lobby areas. You'll coordinate with front desk and bell staff, promptly report safety or maintenance issues, and uphold Marriott's high standards of service, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Operate elevators safely and efficiently for hotel guests and staff
• Greet guests warmly, provide directions, and answer basic hotel questions
• Monitor elevator capacity and ensure safe loading and unloading
• Assist guests with luggage and mobility needs as they enter and exit elevators
• Coordinate with front desk and bell staff to support guest arrivals and departures
• Report maintenance or safety issues with elevators or lobby areas promptly
• Maintain a clean, orderly elevator interior and nearby lobby space
• Follow all Marriott safety, security, and guest service standards
