The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of all public spaces throughout the property to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests and team members.

• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas regularly.
• Restock restroom supplies and amenities as needed.
• Remove trash and maintain clean and organized public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest and team member requests related to cleanliness.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong organizational and housekeeping skills are important.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide courteous service to guests and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
