Position: VIP Gate Host

The ideal candidate must feel comfortable in a client-facing role as the first and last impression for our guests and members, possess excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, and be able to own a variety of tasks at any given moment. Successful candidates will be warm, professional, flexible, discreet, and make the member or guest the top priority.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Monitor and management of our Host booth for the duration of a 10 hour shift, 4 days a week.
Provide Control Room all relevant arrival updates while maintaining a welcoming environment for all members and guests; assuring they are acknowledged in a timely fashion.
Directing of nonmember personnel (TSA, CBP, Valet, etc.) upon arrival at PS in coordination with Control Room.
Ability to focus attention on member needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Face to face client communications while maintaining a "customer service first" mentality.
Cultivate positive relationships with members and guests.
Experience working around confidential and sensitive information.
Prepare reports for the department.
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality and/or airline industry preferred.
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with high end clients in a luxury hospitality setting preferred
Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED
California Driver's License in good standing, active for minimum of 1 year
Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check
Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
