Catering​/Banquet Captain

ARAMARK is seeking Catering/Banquet Captains to lead high-quality food and beverage service for events across our diverse client locations. In this front-of-house leadership role, you will coordinate event setups, guide service staff, and ensure every guest receives attentive, professional service. You'll oversee timing, presentation, and cleanliness while upholding strict food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities

• Lead banquet and catering staff during events to ensure smooth, timely service
• Coordinate event setup, table layouts, and buffet or plated service standards
• Serve as main contact for clients and guests during events, resolving issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Train, coach, and support servers and attendants on service procedures
• Monitor quality, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to execute event plans
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as reports, break schedules, and closing duties
