Westin Dallas Downtown

We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager-Director to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations within our organization due to a promotion of the previous candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

This will generally be a Tuesday through Saturday role working evenings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize food and beverage revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage food and beverage staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to design innovative menus that meet customer preferences and market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in relevant software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
