Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a skilled, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time
Bartender to join our Premium Catering, Clubs, In-Seat, or Suites team. This event-based, part-time position is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast‑paced premium dining environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in responsible alcohol service, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and creates memorable guest experiences.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to company recipes and service standards.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain bar stations with beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies.
  • Greet guests professionally, take beverage orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Verify guest identification and comply with all federal, state, local, and company responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond appropriately to signs of intoxication.
  • Process cash and electronic transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash‑handling procedures.
  • Maintain inventory levels, restock products, and properly store beverage items at the conclusion of each event.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Wash and sanitize bar equipment and glassware, maintain attractive product displays, and assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Collaborate with culinary, service, and leadership teams to ensure efficient event operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
