Food and Beverage Supervisor

Stonebridge Hospitality Management -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage restaurant and bar operations to meet hotel and brand standards;
Ensure prompt and efficient service while maintaining profitability through costs and inventory management;
Supervise food and beverage staff, including bartenders and room service, and provide training and performance feedback;
Oversee room service orders for timely and accurate delivery and manage stock and security of goods;
Ensure hygiene, health, and safety compliance and handle guest complaints while delivering high service standards
