The Greeter welcomes restaurant guests with genuine hospitality while managing the seating rotation and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This role works closely with restaurant leadership and service teams to provide exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage the restaurant wait list and seating rotation.
• Escort guests to their tables while maintaining balanced seating.
• Answer guest questions about the restaurant and hotel.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
• Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and culinary teams to create exceptional dining experiences.
