  • Base Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 USD per year (Tax Free/Net)

  • Bonus Eligibility: Up to 20% Quarterly (Quarterly performance bonus, based on achievement of agreed financial targets and KPIs)
• Benefits:Vacation (10 days), Sick Days (10 days), Medical (50% Employer paid). After the fifth (5th) year of employment, this will increase to 15 days of vacation.
