- Full-time, direct-hire positions with in-office or hybrid arrangements
- System implementations and optimization projects across Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits modules
- Post-merger integrations requiring rapid Workday deployment and data consolidation
- Growing organizations scaling their HR technology infrastructure
- Strategic roles where team collaboration drives success
Experienced Workday Analysts with:
- 3+ years hands‑on Workday HCM configuration experience
- Strong technical capabilities: business process configuration, security frameworks, calculated fields, EIB
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, team‑based environments
- Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Reporting)
- Multi‑module expertise across the Workday ecosystem
- Integration experience with Workday Studio, Web Services, or APIs
- Proven track record with implementations, not just maintenance
