Location:

Dallas, Texas – onsite role.

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the people and culture of our client’s company. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this individual will oversee a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on — someone who can effectively manage HR operations, ensure ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance, and champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture. This is a collaborative, people‑centered role within a close‑knit, family‑oriented environment.

• Represent employees as their employee advocate.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and selection across multiple locations.
• Administer employee benefits and support annual evaluations.
• Compile employee data and prepare reports for special projects assigned to the department.
• Answer general employee questions and resolve employee issues.

• Base = $70k–$80k
• Annual Bonus Opportunity = up to 5% of base salary
• Projected Year One Earnings = $74k – $84k
