Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance team collaboration, communication, and morale.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, performance recognition, and feedback mechanisms.
Recruitment Operations
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings and interviews to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with external recruiting partners and ensure timely fulfillment of roles.
  • Track key hiring metrics to assess efficiency and quality of hires.
HR Operations & Policy Management
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and compliance.
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with global standards and local regulations.
  • Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
  • Partner with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and best practices across regions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Prior experience working in a global or multi-location environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, policy management, and U.S. employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
