The Senior HR Director is responsible for management and direction of all HR administration including Systems, Benefits, Recruiting and Training.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for administration of benefits programs including vendor relations, negotiations, compliance, and communications.
- Ensure delivery on day-to-day benefits services
- Manage recruiting group in support of hiring efforts for the organization
- Ensure HRIS team is managing HR systems and processes related to ATS, Training/LMS, Performance Management, Benefits, Employee Surveys, Attendance Policy, Travel, etc.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Ensure federal and state legal compliance within the human resource areas of responsibility
- Develop, communicate, and execute HR initiatives
- Drive strategic thinking, change management, and process optimization initiatives
- Understand and track key performance measures and provide recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to the broader HR Department
- Manage HR departmental meetings, special projects and other responsibilities/duties
- 7+ years related HR management experience with systems, benefits, recruiting and training with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Nationwide knowledge of employment, health care and payroll laws required
- Proficient computer skills including HRIS, LMS, ATS, travel, employee engagement, employee surveys (Survey Monkey) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience building and publishing training content, Camtasia experience is a plus
- Experience negotiating agreements/contracts
- Positive attitude and desire to comply with company culture and core values
- Thrives in a fast paced, performance excellence-based culture
- Experience creating, owning and managing processes
- Ability to prioritize, manage projects and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills
- The capacity to work with people at all levels
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically, up to 15%
