We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for skilled trades roles across multiple clients. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys hands-on sourcing and candidate engagement in a fast-paced, trade-focused environment.

While titled Recruiting Coordinator, this position performs active recruiting functions
, supporting skilled trades hiring including mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and related construction roles
. The role is based in Dallas–Fort Worth with a strong local recruiting focus.

• Support full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades positions, including:
• Mechanical
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical and related construction trades
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for field-based roles
• Manage candidate pipelines for multiple clients
• Coordinate interviews and communicate candidate updates
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on recruiting progress
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required:

• Recruiting experience in:
• Skilled trades
• Construction
• Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, or Plumbing
• Experience recruiting hourly or field-based roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing recruiting experience
• Staffing or construction-industry recruiting background
• Base salary: Approximately $60,000 (dependent on experience)
