OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to join our Managed Services team. This Tier 3 role provides advanced functional support and advisory services across Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, EC Time, Benefits, and Reporting. The resource will partner with clients to resolve complex issues, deliver configuration enhancements, and ensure optimal use of the Success Factors platform.
DescriptionOverview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to join our Managed Services team. This Tier 3 role provides advanced functional support and advisory services across Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, EC Time, Benefits, and Reporting. The resource will partner with clients to resolve complex issues, deliver configuration enhancements, and ensure optimal use of the Success Factors platform.
- Provide Tier 3 functional support for Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, EC Time, Benefits, and Reporting, resolving issues escalated from lower-tier support.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy system changes and enhancements in alignment with client requirements.
- Support release management activities, regression testing, and validation of quarterly SAP Success Factors upgrades.
- Advise clients on best practices, process optimization, and system capabilities to maximize business value.
- Develop and troubleshoot advanced reports and dashboards using Success Factors reporting tools.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy across modules.
- Maintain expertise in SAP Success Factors product roadmap, new features, and industry trends.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Success Factors Employee Central with additional hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0, EC Time, Benefits, and Reporting.
- Proven experience in AMS / BPO support environments with responsibility for escalated issues and complex client requirements.
- Ability to independently manage configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting processes, configuration, and knowledge base materials.
- SAP Success Factors certification(s) in Employee Central and related modules.
- Experience with integration points between EC and downstream systems (e.g., Payroll, Benefits providers, point to point replication).
- Experience with other SAP Success Factors modules
