Human Resources Coordinator - Analytics

The HR Coordinator (Project Management) supports HR initiatives with a strong focus on new store openings, talent projects, and event logistics. This role partners closely with Operations, Training, and HR teams to ensure timelines, processes, and projects are executed smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage HR timelines and deliverables for new store openings; track milestones, send follow-ups, and escalate risks.
• Coordinate tools and materials needed for HR opening processes (marketing materials, team member events, posters, etc.).
• Support talent and development projects by tracking progress, participation, and feedback.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with HR and business priorities.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including venues, vendors, catering, A/V, agendas, and speakers.
• Monitor execution and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Support additional corporate HR and CMI initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR data and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
