Job OverviewAs part of our Workday Human Capital practice, within Workday Consulting services, you'll help clients leverage Workday technology to enhance HR, talent management, and finance processes. You'll lead Workday HCM Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking work streams, ensuring successful project execution, managing client expectations, and coaching teams.
Responsibilities- Manage client expectations and project delivery
- Drive engagement work streams to meet goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project objectives
- Implement innovative approaches for better outcomes
- Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of Workday product experience
- Master's Degree in Business or related fields
- Workday Services functional certifications
- Experience leading multiple Workday implementations
- Strong requirements gathering and client relationship skills
