Our Dallas-based client is looking for and HRBP to support their management teams in delivering exceptional guest and employee experience. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to property leaders and frontline managers, driving talent strategies that enhance culture, service standards, and operational excellence across our restaurant venues.

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting long-term growth and culture.
  • Use data and insights to influence decisions and drive people-related strategies.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Manage complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to leaders on performance, conflict resolution, and engagement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Promote programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and morale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
    Master’s or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, build trust, and partner with all levels of leadership.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite.
