What You’ll Do

HR Support

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including documentation, coordination, and employee file maintenance.

  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interview scheduling and hiring logistics across multiple departments.

  • Help keep recruiting and onboarding processes organized and moving efficiently.

  • Prepare internal HR communications, forms, and documentation.

  • Assist with training initiatives, compliance support, benefits administration tasks, and culture-building efforts.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Facilities & Office Support

  • Assist with daily office and mailroom operations.

  • Submit invoices for approval and help route facilities-related requests.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on facilities needs.

  • Help maintain a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and assist with special projects as needed.

What You Bring

  • Comfortable working onsite five days per week in a fast-paced environment.

  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.

  • Willingness to support both HR and facilities functions and learn new tools and processes.
