) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with our founder to deliver on key client projects and initiatives. This role involves performing tasks that focus on the needs of our clients as well as improving the efficiency of our internal processes.

Must be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of special projects, drafting of client handbooks, supporting client systems, and other behind the scenes operations. Must be able to multi-task in a challenging environment as needed. Ultimately, contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed
  • Help oversee updates in certain client systems such as HRIS and LMS systems
  • Prepare employee handbooks or guidelines
  • Creation of SOPs based on client processes, as well as internal processes
  • Answer or direct inquiries and correspondence to the appropriate person on the team
  • Support client onboarding/offboarding processes by creating and executing checklists
  • Produce and submit reports on general organization activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, like:
  • collection and analysis of employee engagement surveys
  • creation on handbooks
  • job description creation
  • general data analysis
Qualifications and Experience
  • One (1) to three (3) years of similar experience in an organization; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the positions influence duties as those listed

HR Management - A strong understanding of core HR principles, practices, and legal frameworks. This includes knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR technology, and compliance.

Performance/Employee Management - The ability to effectively guide, develop, and evaluate employee performance. This includes setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, coaching, addressing performance issues, and fostering employee growth.

Project Management - The ability to plan, organize, execute, and monitor projects effectively to achieve specific goals within defined timelines and resources. This includes defining scope, managing risks, and communicating progress.
