At Formula Wellness, HR is not a back-office function — it’s a strategic partner to the business. We value deep expertise, high standards, and exceptional customer service to our internal teams. You’ll report directly to the VP of HR and work closely with leadership across the organization. We believe HR should be approachable, responsive, and solutions-oriented — not transactional or rigid. We expect excellence, but we also believe you can do serious work and enjoy the people you do it with.
This is a role for someone who:
- Loves being the go-to expert
- Enjoys building strong relationships across the business
- Takes ownership and follows through
- Brings calm, clarity, and professionalism to complex situations
- And, has a sense of humor and knows how to keep things human
We’re growing quickly, which means you’ll have real impact, meaningful challenges, and opportunities to shape how HR operates at scale — while working with a team that values collaboration, trust, and doing things the right way.
