About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Lead Payroll & HR Analyst to oversee payroll processing, HR operations, benefits administration, and key employee programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll execution, maintaining HR data integrity, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle. The role works closely with Finance and senior leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compensation- Own end-to-end payroll processing and payroll reporting.
- Process commissions, bonuses, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Prepare and support required payroll and benefits reporting.
- Oversee employee expense reimbursements, including review, validation, and approvals.
- Manage the corporate credit card program, including issuance, policy compliance, transaction review, and monthly reconciliation.
- Facilitate onboarding, screenings, and new-hire data setup.
- Support promotions, status changes, and employee records maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and compliant HR and payroll data across systems.
- Administer benefits including HSA, FSA, 401(k), and core company benefits.
- Manage company-issued programs such as Toll Tags, phones, and driver insurance listings.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits, eligibility, and changes.
- Deliver payroll and HR reporting to Finance and leadership.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for audits, analyses, reconciliations, and data validation.
- 2+ years of payroll experience with strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
- Ability to manage accounting-adjacent tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and directly with leadership.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Approx. $60,000 base salary, plus a discretionary quarterly bonus program.

- Benefits begin the first of the month following the start date.
