Senior Traveling Recruiter – Skilled Trades

We’re hiring a Senior Traveling Recruiter to support skilled trades hiring across multiple client sites throughout Texas
. This is a hands‑on, field‑facing role for someone experienced recruiting mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical talent who’s comfortable owning their territory and being on‑site when needed.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades roles
• Partner directly with hiring managers and client sites across Texas
• Travel regionally to support hiring needs (no out-of-state travel)
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Build and maintain pipelines for high‑volume and ongoing hiring

• Proven skilled trades recruiting experience
• Background in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical roles
• Experience recruiting hourly, field-based talent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel 25–50% within Texas
• Gas card + vehicle allowance
