This role is employed by NHR Holdings and serves as the centralized Human Resources function for its affiliated companies, a family of innovative leaders in cellular therapy and regenerative medicine, delivering advanced treatments while operating within highly regulated clinical and manufacturing environments.
We are seeking a Senior HR Partner to lead HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to build a strong, engaged, and compliant organization.
Key Responsibilities HR Leadership & Compliance- Lead HR strategy and operations in alignment with organizational growth and scientific priorities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and applicable HIPAA, FDA, cGMP/GMP, and OSHA requirements
- Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook
- Support audits, inspections, and risk management related to HR and regulatory compliance
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, and hiring decisions
- Coordinate compliant onboarding and new‑hire orientation, including HRIS enrollment, I‑9 completion, and role‑specific training
- Partner with leadership to ensure smooth integration into organizational culture and regulatory expectations
- Establish and maintain job descriptions and required training curricula for all roles
- Track initial and recurring training, including regulatory, safety, and GMP requirements
- Support performance management processes, including reviews, corrective actions, and terminations
- Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and employee relations matters
- Administer benefits, paid time off, medical leaves (FMLA), immigration/visa support, and internal status changes
- Manage attendance tracking, employment verifications, and exit interviews Safety, Records & Culture
- Oversee workers’ compensation claims, OSHA reporting, and workplace safety tracking
- Maintain confidential personnel files and HR systems
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and compliance‑driven culture aligned with advancing patient therapies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Experience in healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, regenerative medicine, or other highly regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and regulated environments
- Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) and GMP experience preferred
