SNI Companies has partnered with a North Dallas company that is seeking a qualified HR/Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting departments. The role will also include assisting employee hiring, benefit and 401K administration.
Essential Job Functions:- Assist in all HR functions of Recruiting, New Hire Onboarding, Screening, and Payroll Administration.
- Administration of company 401K plan.
- Manage payroll reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
- Process monthly commission payments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years+ of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Distribution/ERP software experience is a plus
- Full-time, in-office role.
- Monday-Friday
