HR & Payroll Manager

OFG is an international engineering and field services company supporting telecom network deployment and maintenance across multiple countries. We are looking for an HR & Payroll Manager to handle payroll processing and hiring activities for our U.S. operations in a fast‑paced field environment.

This role is hands‑on and operational
, focused on payroll accuracy, employee records, and supporting hiring and onboarding for field and office employees.

• Process and manage payroll, including wages, deductions, benefits, and taxes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and payroll reports
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
• Support employee relations and day‑to‑day HR inquiries
• Assist with audits and internal controls related to payroll and HR processes

• Experience in payroll processing and HR operations
• Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and payroll regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

• Full‑time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• PTO: 12 days annually (vacation + sick), 2 personal days, plus federal holidays
